AGON implements are finite-run relics sourced from high-exertion substrates. They are not mass-produced consumer goods. Each unit is inspected before dispatch. We stand behind the material integrity of every sanctioned implement in the catalog.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The implement must be unworn, unactivated, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, laundering, or somatic activation are not eligible for return.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items are eligible for return under standard conditions: Kinetic Apparel, Conductive Accessories. Team Relics (The Sovereign, The Well) are eligible for return only in the case of verified material defect or shipping damage documented within 72 hours of delivery. All relic returns require photographic evidence submitted to the Depot before a return authorization is issued.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: consumable implements (Grip Resin), items marked as Foundry Editions or limited substrate releases, items purchased during clearance or final-run events. All sales on these items are final.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is materially defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or damaged in transit, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost. Photographic documentation of the defect is required to initiate this process.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected at the Depot. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the initiating party unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our end.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are available for Kinetic Apparel within the 30-day window, subject to available inventory. Due to the finite-run nature of the catalog, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, log into your account, locate the relevant order, and submit a return request. Alternatively, contact the Depot directly through the site. Do not ship items back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
